It's not a welfare program, it's based on what you pay in. Do not believe they will ever increase. the cap without increasing the payout, because then it's a welfare program and can be completely cut. Nor should they. We pay enough in taxes. We already pay the medicare tax on everything we earn, which we pay over $120K yearly for that alone. [/quote]
