Speculating that they probably got tired of people lying about their reasons for applying and then trying to transfer to other colleges.

Human Ecology shelters the newish Brooks Public Policy school.  They are working on growing that.

The majors in that college are very niche.  It seems like they would really be looking for a very specific kind of applicant. I wouldn't try to "back door" my way in there just because the acceptance rate is a bit higher (and it's still quite low--11%). And the tiny size means it's really tough.[/quote]
