I need to lose 10-15 lbs that also won’t budge thanks to being in my mid 40s and dealing with perimenopause. I do intermittent fasting to control calories and it works well for me since I am not hungry in the morning. I typically have an iced coffee with 1T of half and half around 10am, and then eat a sweetgreen salad for lunch (I either make my own or choose one that is 400-515 calories. Snack is either a bag of 100 calorie popcorn or a yogurt cup (I like plain Greek or get no sugar added ones). Dinner is where it gets tricky since I eat out probably 2-3 nights per week. I try to focus on protein and veggies and minimal carbs so I don’t have to worry about accuracy in logging too much.[/quote]
