There’s a lot of aspersions being cast at school leadership. I’ve had a child at St. Bart’s for several years. I think St. Bart’s is in a good position, especially considering where things were pre-COVID. I’m never involved in planning school events, but don’t think I’ve ever heard the HSA described as a vapid, rude clique. The opposite is closer to reality. Most of the parents seem very nice and down to earth.

Lastly, I’m in favor of field turf, so it’s wrong to say nobody wants it. But, if you think it’s a poor use of the school’s resources, maybe get involved and speak up?
