They often get to more like 40 before the start of the year. In recent years I've known families with WL numbers in the 50s and 60s to get an offer sometime during the fall. From what I've seen over the course of a couple of kids, numbers 1 and 2 always get in at first grade because the class ratios shift. Then, you have some kids move out after K because the commute or the language isn't working. This is not a promise, but I'd think up to #5 would come into the program in first grade easily. After that, kids need to test in. [/quote]
