The breeder moved out of the country and is no longer breeding dogs. Apparently this dog was part of their last litter. My contract specifies they must to be asked first if the dog needs to be rehomed. They are not taking the dog back. [/quote]

I will gladly take the dog if it's a havanese.  It sounds a bit odd that the breeder moved out of the country that quickly and the dog is only 3 months when they come home at 12 weeks but we'll take it as we have a havanese and would like another.  How do we contact you?[/quote]
The breeder is in her 60s and is originally from Puerto Rico. I wasn’t aware she was going to move and stop breeding. Would you be willing to work with a rescue to vet you? [/quote]
