Men of all ages can get a UTI that isn’t the result of an STD. Some reasons are - Bacteria from the rectum can enter into the urethra and cause Escherichia coli (E. coli). There are other strains but this is the most common. - Not emptying bladder sufficiently - Prostate, nerve, and spine issues. - Poor hygiene - Weakened immune system - sex A UTI can happen as a result of an STD but it can also happen without one. A UTI is not indicative of cheating. [/quote]
