For 2010G, Vienna and Arlington are about equivalent, and then McLean is below them. All 3 are decent, though.

I haven’t really seen McLean steal Vienna players since Brave was formed.

Vienna is going to be the hardest team of the 3 to make, especially with FVU forming (and Brave going away), and because they only have 2 teams. I expect McLean will be the easiest of the 3 to make.[/quote]

Maybe at the older levels McLean is unable to steal Vienna players. But at the younger girls level McLean is notorious for recruiting Vienna players away. Unfortunately, for those girls they do not get the experience or playtime they thought they would and many come crawling back or switching again. It’s also the reason Vienna stopped participating in McLean’s tournament. [/quote]
