That adult should be one of his parents. We don't get civilized kids -- boys or girls -- without actively teaching them manners. Before the "boys will be boys" brigade tries to create a false equivalency: It's not the same as having to pull over on a long road trip because a kid can't hold it and you have to find a quick, isolated spot outdoors for a pee, folks.
