While it's not the end of the world, it's also the kind of thing an adult needs to correct. That adult should be one of his parents. We don't get civilized kids -- boys or girls -- without actively teaching them manners. And yeah, even if he's playing outside and just doesn't want to stop and hey, he's [i]only[/i] five. blah blah...this is bad manners, period.

Before the "boys will be boys" brigade tries to create a false equivalency: It's not the same as having to pull over on a long road trip because a kid can't hold it and you have to find a quick, isolated spot outdoors for a pee, folks. This is outside his own house with a bathroom, in the middle of town. [/quote]
