There's no need to pay another. If she's habitually under the threshold for paying taxes, it's likely her taxes will be very easy to do. Also, if you think your accountant is swamped, it's likely she won't be able to find one before tax day. It's easier to tack on extra to an existing account than open a new one. Your husband can refuse many requests of his sister. But this is a really stupid one to refuse - if she messes up, he won't get his refund. I don't know why you can't see this. [/quote]
