FCPS gets this information.  It's always provided by any test administrator.  Whether they want to distribute it is another thing altogether. Isn't that literally illegal under VA law for a school not to give information they have on your child?

I'm not sure about the legality of it all, but I do think it's in the schools (and District's) best interest to provide this to parents, if the parent asks.  It's usually a parent who wants to see whether the kid needs additional help in certain areas.  In my opinion, and I'm a parent who received this report, it's an important data point.  My kid didn't get >91.  It's fine.  He'll be fine, nonetheless, but when he knows he didn't make it, he wondered where he fell short.  A percentile report doesn't give him that vantage point.
