Sometimes when we are down, we forget to lock the front door or car and no issues. We have an active HOA and would totally hear about crime in the neighborhood, not to mention neighbors that live year round in Bethany who know everything going on in the neighborhood. Totally safe and more small town feel in our neighborhood where everyone walks their dog and says hi even if they don’t know you. [/quote]
