[/quote] When this happened to me I asked the other driver to get an estimate from a mechanic to fix his car. The estimate was reasonable so i wrote a check and did not go through insurance. The contact Tesla about the recall notice and about getting your camera fixed for free. Any damage caused to your car from the accident, you pay. I would let ex know if he is the owner.[/quote]
