Do you even teach in a school? Then you’d already know that. Anyhow, it’s very rare for a teacher to quit mid year. The two times I’ve seen it were to flee the country with a new husband and a severe health crisis in their family. Both still gave 2+ month notice and worked out a plan. [/quote]
