You need to ramp your exercise up. Stop doing whatever you seem to have conditioned your body to accept, and do the opposite. Like move from cardio to weights, or weights to cardio. Also really take a good look at your diet. It sounds like you are not being honest because there is no way you are not loosing weight on a true caloric deficit. You might need to do something drastic like water fast for 48 hours over a weekend or a juice fast.
Hahahahahahahaha. I spent all of January on an extremely ambitious weight lifting program improving the weights I lifted with my legs by like 30-40% heavier by the end. I have been doing both long and short form cardio basically nonstop since the beginning of the month including hour plus long runs and rides interspersed with HIIT cardio. So DONE. It is half the reason I'm so weak and hungry! Thanks for your feedback and advice though!
Ok I KNOW you said you don’t want advice. I know. I’m sorry I’m going to do it anyways and suggest nixing the cardio. You are really hurting your lifting - almost cancelling out muscle gain - if you are doing high impact cardio. A little low impact steady state is fine but it might help the hunger, exhaustion and also improve body composition if you just did the weight lifting. It does take a long time for results (you mentioned doing it “all of January”) - perhaps even years - but in the long run better for your health. I’m sorry for the frustration though - I’ve been there and it sucks. I still have to basically be a little hungry at the end of each meal in order to maintain my weight.
