This doesn't surprise me. From my suburban Chicago high school, equal numbers went to Purdue, Univ of Illinois, and IU.  IU consistently scored high on campus visits.  One of my best friends from high school went to IU, and she now has freshman twins at IU.  They were admitted at other Big 10 schools,, including OSU, but the visit clinched their decision.  There are good reasons to attend OSU so academic interest counts, though, no matter the aesthetics.  [/quote]
