By day 3, I am back at it. It becomes part of your lifestyle. The hardest part for me is fitting in exercise when I am super busy with work and travelling. For example, right now I am thinking of fitting in a run before work since I have a meeting later today during my gym time. I hate working out in the morning but it’s the only time I can fit it in.[/quote]
