Everything is fine, but I like Panera, Cracker Barrel and Olive Garden (come at me, don’t care) because you can technically get some decent vegetables there.
Cracker Barrel can be a long wait but I like their rainbow trout and two vegetable sides as a dinner. Walmart often has a prepared food department that's large enough to buy a ready to go, reasonably healthy picnic. Cold chicken, vegetable trays, individual milk jugs, salads that come with a fork packaged inside. Panera half sandwich and cup of soup "You Pick 2" is a decent portion size. In New York State and Ontario, I sometimes buy fruit cups and sandwiches from the convenience store at the turnpike/highway rest stops. Tim Horton's usually has chicken noodle soup that can be paired with sandwiches. At McDonalds, if I'm not too hungry, I order a hamburger Happy Meal to keep calories down.
