I can't agree with you there. I was at the farmers market this gorgeous Saturday and a huge percentage of homes had STOP THE ARENA signs in their yards and there was a large group of people at the market passing out info on how it is a bad deal all around. The Post this am came out with obscene projection used to prop up the whole thing- like $750 a night hotels and $75 parking. That aint happening.

You don't have to agree with me but that doesn't make my statements false. And the mayor doesn't GAF what I think or what you think because he isn't running for re-election. And every single person you saw at the farmer's market handing out info or that had a sign in their yard to stop the arena would still vote for all those people, EVERY ONE. Not in Del Ray, but yes I live in Alexandria. The "STOP THE ARENA" signs are literally everywhere. I'm surprised someone hasn't come up with a sticker that says "THE ARENA" to slap it on every stop sign in town/[/quote]
