[/quote] You can't "try out for ECNL" It's literally a league. Most of these teams in EDP and ECNL have a couple strong players and a supporting cast. The stronger teams are dependent on the weakest members of the supporting cast. Many parents love to tie their kids abilities and performance to the win/loss record of the team or because the exceptional player is friends with their kid. No scout or coach sees your kid as you do.[/quote]
