I have a really low appetite and I’m on an extremely low dose. For meals I’m trying to get protein in. For breakfast I had greek yogurt, ground turkey and an egg and a little avocado and feel stuffed. What are some foods I can eat that won’t make me super full? dinner is usually a salad and some protein.
Breakfast was yogurt and meat and egg and avocodo? Or that's what you ate all day with a salad for dinner? If you tried to eat all of that for breakfast, of course you felt badly (I think anyone would, meds or not). The goal of the med is to reduce your appetite so I'd generally just go with it. Yogurt and berries for breakfast should be fine.
