Once admitted the inflated GPA train keeps on going. 3.8 is an average student, those with 3.6 are the ones that are struggling. It is buyer beware for the firms that are hiring these elite graduates. So most firms have a relatively low baseline GPA for applicants and then conduct their own testing to weed out those with artificially inflated GPAs. [/quote]
