I'm pretty sure he qualified with his sidearm and can disassemble and clean that specific firearm.  It's part of qualifying as a SA.  Can you disassemble every one of thousands of firearms in circulation today?  I admit I can't but can probably render them safe.  He's an executive.  Deal with it. [/quote]
