I have seen many teams who have played down for a RL team that are rostered on ECNL. Now I don't know if it's a know fact but it indeed happens with at least two clubs we play regularly in RL.[/quote] You are incorrect. They pass has to be within the same structure. Example. GFR Reston and Loudoun had RL teams. But the alliance was NVA ECNL. In that case you can flow back and forth. However none of those kids could go play at Brave, Union, Arlington ect. They only exception may be tournaments or showcases.[/quote]
