One of the great things about cabbage is that it lasts forever in the fridge. Cut off whatever you need for a meal, wrap up the remainder and pop it back in the fridge. Next time you need some, do the same, trimming off any browned areas. It sometimes takes me a month or more to use up a large cabbage and it’s still tasty on the last use. [/quote]
