This is just saying that you can’t swim an event at Junior Champs where you have the (faster) 13-14 JO cut. It doesn’t prevent kids from swimming different events at both meets. The Junior Champs psych sheet shows that the events aren’t just NST, they have a range, so you have to be faster than a certain time but also can’t be faster than the 13-14 JO cut. [/quote]

I looked at the women’s 1650 which has some 13-14s in it and none of them have a seed time faster than the 13-14 JO cut. On the psych sheet for Junior champs it has the time range you must be between for each event, you can’t swim in the women’s 1650 with a seed time faster than 19:49.99, which is the 13-14 JO cut. I don’t see what you’re talking about. [/quote]

The 13-14 mile JO cut is 19:49.99. Every one of the registered swimmers 14 and under in that event are seeded with a time faster than 19:49.[/quote]
