I went online and figured out what I needed to do including filing paperwork with the court. It was not that difficult. All the money was distributed within 6 months.[/quote] Some states have different requirements related to probate. I would start there to ensure you can do without an attorney. We couldn't and hired the individual who wrote the Will. [/quote]
