My company we ask if on your birthday would you like is to order lunch from restaurant of you choice on birthday and we invite any peers you want to attend and we buy them lunch to. We don’t ask your birthday as we already know it.

We invite your immediate coworkers. Then other people If you request. And yes if you are off your birthday can be another day and yes no one gets charged for the time.

My old company gave you off on your birthday,

Might shock you my boss gave me a holiday card and we brought in bagels and breakfast whole company a few times. We even OMG gave the guy with COPD and women on crutches a parking spot near front door. We are monsters! [/quote]
