The emphasis on development for girls is huge hence the name, so that in its own right is appealing to some families. ECNL clubs get defensive around the D word, becuase they have so much talent and win games so clearly they are developing players for college, so just be aware of the spin becuase development has no end and GA is good about putting players in that mindset.
