There's a channel on Youtube called The Carla Project. Carla helps friends and family declutter and she's very charming. It's a very pleasant show. There's also a channel called Midwest Magic Cleaning that I enjoy. They do a lot of hoarder houses and some of them are gross, but most are not -- just people with a LOT of stuff. I also think it's less exploitive of the hoarders than the show Hoarders. They don't show the people and the man who does the cleaning goes out of his way to be non-judgmental. It's actually very inspiring.
I wanted to add -- Carla is inspiring because she shows the process of deciding what to throw away and what to keep. Midwest Magic Cleaning is helpful because he goes through strategies for how to tackle a severely cluttered/hoarded house without getting overwhelmed. This video is a good example. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIsOe_lVSfs
Also, there's another channel called Peeling Away the Clutter that's just one sweet older lady who had health issues and let her house get out of control who is gradually getting it back in order. She got help from another YouTuber with her kitchen, but otherwise she's just plugging along making progress by herself, and its nice because it seems very real.
