I think the contingency for sale of your own current home is going to be a deal breaker out here. Things are moving really fast- under contract in just a day or two at most. Your budget will probably get you a TH in the Battlefield, Gainesville, or Patriot High school zones. I don't think a SFH will be possible. [/quote] Thank you for the HS zones recommendation.
