You think its reasonable to give women one week to find an abortion provider, thats likely out of state, get an appointment, find care for their other kids/pets, book a flight and hotel, get permission to take off work, and get to the appointment within 7 days of learning their wanted child doesnt have brain or any other issue?

Not to mention, not all women receive anatomy scans by a MFM. If the OB or sonographer think there is something amiss they have to send it out or send you out for a referral and sometimes you want a second opinion.

Your reasonability is based on your ignorance of how this actually works.
