Why? getting paid zero to sign form and it is signed under duress as I get fired don’t sign. All it does is really give the right to fire you if caught. And such a gray area. People I work with are home flippers, have rentals, trade stocks and crypto, younger ones baby sit, Uber eats, door dash, tutoring, or maybe help out in wife’s business or do taxes on the side. And higher ups are on boards and have LLCs. Everyone signs those forms. In the remote world everyone has a side hustle. [/quote]
