Victoria BC feels more like England than anywhere in NA (and it's not just a show for the tourists, lots of British-born people on Vancouver Island). Newfoundland also retained close ties to England until it joined Confederation in 1949. In fact the provincial flag was the Union Jack until 1949. And they celebrate Guy Fawkes Day in Newfoundland.
