We are always in a rush for dinner, so we microwave them slightly to unfreeze them (maybe not 100%power but something lower) At the point that they are not frozen, but still cold, we throw them in a pan to brown them. Maybe it's not gourmet, but as i said we are usually rushing dinner. [/quote]
