[/quote] This is a little off base. There are 100's of kids like OP's in FCPS; it's just that they aren't grouped together so the teachers are challenged to address their needs. After all, schools are judged on % who pass basic skills as assessed on SOLs. But FCPS has an obligation to provide an education suited to kids at various levels, not just those who started out behind. [/quote]
