Partly because Anthro has so many offerings now and b/c it seems they're going after a younger clientele also (20s) with lots of backless / crop things. I find lots of age appropriate stuff there but I do visit the app quite frequently. I assume OP is asking about a store that consistently has age appropriate things that are easy to find, rather than weeding.
