But as you stated, it took your kid awhile to find a job. Had they had a 3.0+ it most likely would have taken much less time. Difficult to get a job when you cannot even get an interview, because the system won't even let you apply/kicks you out because your gpa is below a 3.0. The 3.0 is a real thing for most jobs.
