[/quote] OH MY GOD This has to be the reason. We are a newish homeowners and never knew you needed to do this. The arms were GROSS. Literally hair like gunk plugs coming out of every hole in both arms!!! I even found one of those stickers on apples inside of one of the holes! NASTY!
