And on one point you only sort of bring up - I think this student is getting more than most students. I think that's a bad sign for everyone. This kid has a lot of friends at school who I am SURE did not get a chance to submit work, redo it for better grades, etc., as has been policy, because they didn't know to self-advocate or have parents/guardians do that for them. 1) Did any of the other teachers say that the former teacher did the wrong thing?

2) You asked about the level of service your kid is "entitled" to. This explains it all.
