I will definitely cut out the excess.[/quote] I have heard that if you eat excess sugar than your liver becomes fatty, and so cholesterol can be out of control. Cut out sugar, junk food, sodas, fast food, unhealthy oils ( vegetable, sunflower, peanut, grapeseed oil) and you should see good cholesterol results soon. [/quote]
