They should be charged and locked away while you and your friends build this better place. As you build it, maybe fewer teens will commit these heinous crimes. I am OK with a night curfew but at this point we need a day one too, and that's not fair to the good kids. I'd prefer random checkpoints and stop and frisk for anyone/all.
