My friends at my old job even acknowledge that he is being weirdly persistent about it. My friends genuinely have no information about what I’m doing next so they aren’t being coy but he keeps bringing it up. Why is he so obsessed? Would he really try to sabotage my career? Would it work? I obviously don’t intend to use him as a reference. He and I left on bad terms but I thought I was on relatively good terms with the organization as a whole.[/quote]
