If a company accepts returns of used clothing, they have already factored returns into the price. Also, the real creator of "environmental waste" is fashion trends and poorly made items. [/quote] Here is the Lucky return policy. Returns must be new and unwashed and unworn. Unless defective. This is what most stores' policy is, unless it's a ghetto ass store like Target or Walmart. Returning clothes after 2 wears because you realize you didn't like it or it didn't fit is fraud and theft. No one is going to challenge you on it, because it's not worth the drama by the stores' employees. But it doesn't change it from being theft, and the stores absolutely have to build in this kind of theft into their pricing. Online purchases may be returned by mail within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment used for this purchase (including gift purchases). Online purchases can be returned in store for a refund. Exclusions Apply. I[b]tems must be unwashed and unworn, unless determined to be defective.
