At the time, there were so many different groups and on any given day, there was a play date or an opportunity to take your kid to play with other kids. I met many people then and a few actual good friends from those days. In not sure why but I think it would be weird to go to meetup strangers just as an adult. While taking my kid to a playground meetup wasn’t strange at all, I would not want to go to dinner with a bunch of strangers.[/quote]
