Did you read the press release dummy?  The feds i.e. Biden administration arrested and detained him. The locals in Fairfax ignored the detainer and released him. The Feds.i.e. Biden administration- went and picked him back up and got assaulted in the process. Both Biden and Trump administration are too weak on immigration, but facts and facts. [/quote]

He is here because of a nonexistent desire to close the border to actually do the opposite (see DHS v Texas) - exacerbated by local “sanctuary policies” and refusal of to cooperate with ICE.  Luckily, loyal, hard-working ICE agents continue to want to do their job enforcing our laws DESPITE the policies of that Biden Administration. [/quote]

Perhaps but Biden administration is only perpetuating the policies of the Trump administration despite the babbling otherwise from Trump. Both administrations have been woefully negligent on the problem and I agree it’s frustrating. Ironically, the Obama administration was the toughest on immigration of all of the recent administrations but racist MAGA’s refused to ever accept that.
