[/quote] It's funny, but it's easy when it's easy. About 10 years ago I lost about 15-20 pounds. Great! During the pandemic, however, I gained almost all of it back, and couldn't stick with anything enough to get the weight off. But then, when I was ready - I was ready. I started eating less, adjusting my schedule, not eating the sugar. I lost the weight easily. It's still off (but ... you know, I understand it can come back if I'm in another bad place!!)[/quote]
