Since the pandemic, APS has basically just followed whatever Fairfax has done because of teachers living there. Two years ago we were closed the entire first week back after winter break, a mix of teachers who live in Fairfax not coming in due to Fairfax school closures, and a lot of covid going around. One night Arlington said we would be open, then had to do an about face and say we were closed. Not because of snow, but because of staffing shortages.[/quote]
