Like most state flagships, acceptance data varies by major.

The high acceptance rate is due to students [i]not getting direct admit[/i] to engineering and business. Many are accepted to Exploratory Studies instead. Middle 50 percentiles for admitted (not enrolled) students:

College of Arts & Sciences
wGPA 3.70 - 4.22
ACT 29 - 33

Leeds School of Business
wGPA 3.95 - 4.32
SAT 1350 - 1450
ACT 30 - 33

College of Engineering
wGPA 3.97 - 4.41
SAT 1350 - 1500
ACT 31 - 34[/quote]

Are there other colleges besides the three above?  Just trying to reconcile what is provided above to PP showing a much lower SAT range for the school as a whole.
