all sounds pretty namby-pamby.

Good question as to why neither federal, state or local LEOs are going after these bad dealers.   
Why aren't the problem gun dealers being sued out of existence?
And even then, what's to stop another bad gun dealer from just popping up again?

Maybe the laws need to be updated to hold these types of gun dealers accountable as accessories to murder?[/quote]
